About
Hey, we're a small business. Just like you.
Jason Bays
Jason is the founder and President of ThirdDaySites.com. He grew up on a public horseback riding stable near the shore of Lake Michigan (and yes, he can ride a bucking bronc), played four years of small college football as a quarterback and writes custom software systems for Fortune 500 companies. Yeah, it is a strange combination.
In 1999 he founded a million dollar Internet sports statistical business. His team of 22 go-getters specialized in taking sports statistics from a Palm/PocketPC based application and uploading them to the Internet for dissemination. After that - and a few more custom software applications later - Jason launched ThirdDaySites.com in 2005. His goal was to make websites affordable for small businesses AND (it gets even better) have those websites generate a positive, measurable ROI for their small business owners. Simply put, he wanted websites that work for small businesses, not simply a website for the sake of having a website.
Jason spends the majority of his time on sales, partnerships and personally overseeing our larger, more complex projects. He also continues to write custom applications for our larger clients.
Jodi Bepler
Jodi wears many hats within the organization. She's serves as a project manager and will be your primary point of contact while at ThirdDaySites. She will perform the "Build it for me" services and provide coordination between you, our designers and our programmers. She also coordinates all aspects of our Search Engine Optimization (SEO package), graphic design projects and lead generation programs. If we left anything out, she does that too.
Design Team
We have three part-time designers at ThirdDaySites. Their full time occupations are as professional designers so their work with us is simply an extension of their professional discipline. Outside of ThirdDaySites.com, our design team members work on designing advertisements, product packaging, marketing material, logos, business cards and website designs for many Fortune 500 companies - names you'd know and recognize. Inside of ThirdDaySites.com, they do the same thing, only for smaller companies like yours and at a lower price. Sweet.
Programming Team
Our three programmers are responsible for taking the amazing creativity from our design team and programming it into a website that will work inside the parameters of our content management system and still look like it did when it was designed. They say it's that last part that's always the kicker! For fun they like to hack into...are we allowed to say what they do for fun? Jason says "No". Our programming team has no fun. All they do is program.
Sales Team
Kees (pronounced "Chase"), Juan (pronounced "Wa-on") and Tim (pronounced, well, "Tim") may have been your introduction to ThirdDaySites.com. Their mission is to help your small or midsized business capitalize on the opportunity presented by the Internet to better meet the needs of your current - and future - customers. Their goal is to help you grow, which in turn helps us grow.
Load Balancing
When things get really busy, we have a partner in India we work with to take the load off our team. This company is the #1 IT Outsourcing firm in India. We have access to an additional 300 designers and programmers to make sure we can accommodate our largest business partners.
